APOD

I waited a day or so to see if anyone else would notice this APOD. I BIG pat on the back for this image that got WORLD recognition of one of our members. This is a BIG thing. I also think a few other club members were out on the same night and should also be suitably praised for their similar image as I suspect they were out and about at the same location on the same night. I looked at similar images also submitted from around the world on the same topic and they just did not have that same background as the Sydney opera house, but with the vertical alignment,  with the world-renowned opera house, I think really won the day. And, if you look at his competitors, the Sydney harbour and opera house would have been the clinchers to the world astrophotography community.
