Although our speaker has had to cancel due to family reasons, and we have not yet found a replacement, we have a plan……After the GM, we will run an interactive forum on subjects of interest to the membership, and if we have time, there will be a Powerpoint presentation on Indigenous Astronomy. Come along and join in. Visitors welcome, of course, and the meeting will be, as usual, at Regis Hall, St. Ignatius, at 7:30 PM.

April Events for NSAS
3 04 2012NSAS will continue the Understanding the Universe lecture series at the Theory Group on Tuesday the 10th, 7:45 PM at Regis Hall. The General Meeting will be Tuesday the 17th, 7:30 PM at Regis Hall, and the guest speaker for April will be Shea Brown from CSIRO, ATNF, who will speaker on “Clusters of Galaxies: A Survey of the Most Massive Objects in the Universe”. As usual guests are welcome to our meetings.
